I mean... I could probably read the article...
Edit: okay, reading it and it seems to be based on the vaccines being less effective than we thought but everything I’ve been reading recently suggests the opposite is the case. Unless we have more mutations, which is guess is possible.
Which is good as we (Alberta) now have ~50% variants, going into our third wave with restrictions back in from today and more Friday. But school? Not a peep about them. Nothing about vaccinating teachers. Apparently having 100 kids in your class over the day doesn't count because kids aren't as affected by the virus. Oh wait, variants affects kids more. Yeah, still no word on pushing us up the vaccine queue.

Nation’s mass rollout begins on Wednesday, while Scotland will administer first doses later this week
The Welsh will be the first to receive the Moderna vaccine
Union survey in England, Wales and Northern Ireland also shows lack of enthusiasm for tutoring scheme
98% of surveyed teachers have rejected measures to help pupils catch up with lost eduction such as extended days, longer term times. Instead they called more for flexibility in the curriculum and more sports and exercise time. Though I get why teachers won't want to be stretched any further in practice its clear the direction we're headed in is the kids are screwed over.
And whilst the right leaning argument against the process might not be on point the BBC has launched a ridiculous internal investigation on the potential offensive content of their hit show.... Some Mother's Do 'Ave 'Em

You don't think that might not already be happening to get some tasty Daily Express headlines?
If you think a panel going through the pile of complaints received spent more than 10 minutes on this before not upholding the complaint, then you should send a complaint to the BBC. They, rightly, respond to all complaints.Last edited by MartyG; 07-04-2021, 09:18.

To be fair the BBC does have historical form of not responding to complaints too...
