New Laptop - are these good specs for the money?

My daughter wants a laptop, she has saved her money and looking at these, im way out of touch for PC/Laptop specs.

it will be mainly light gaming (roblox, maybe some fortnite) , school and internet use.

first up HP Pavilion 15-cs3001na, at £550
first glance this look ok, but its the 1ghz processor speed that's got me thinking its not great overall, it is a quad core 6 thread (what ever that means)
    15.6 Inch Full HD Laptop,
    Intel Core i5-1035G1,
    8 GB RAM,
    512 GB SSD,
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (3 GB GDDR5 Dedicated) Graphics,
    Window 10 Home

next is HP Pavilion 15-ec1000na, very similar to the above but a ryzen 5 at 3ghz and at £650 the most expensive.
    15.6in Ryzen 5 8GB 256GB GTX1050 Gaming Laptop
    AMD Ryzen 5 4600H processor.
    Hex core processor.
3GHz processor speed with a burst speed of 4GHz.
    8GB RAM DDR4.
    256GB SSD storage.
    Windows 10 Home.

last on the list is ASUS VivoBook M413DA this is at £549
    Full HD 14 Inch Laptop
    AMD Ryzen 5, 3.7ghz
    8 GB RAM,
    512 GB SSD,
    Windows 10
    integrated graphics
Includes reversible USB 3.2 Type-C port

    any guidance appreciated

The 4600H seems to be a better chip than the i5-1035G1. Link.

Despite the smaller amount of storage I think I'd go for that one over the Intel based solution.

Between those you listed I'd go for the second, but check how much space you'll need, 256GB are on the anemic side nowadays.

Specs are around what I'd expect for the price point - I'd third the Ryzen - should be a reasonable general purpose laptop and the 1050 will help the gaming, should be okay for Fortnite.
