The House of Magic is a pretty good kids' film, especially in 3D.
The Grandmaster is style over substance and was a disappointment to me.
I really wanted to like Walter Mitty, but it just fell flat. Might try rewatching one day.
47 Ronin was a fun 3D experience and worth watching.

Not seen a few like Wolf of Wall Street and A Field in England, despite wanting too.

From that list, I found Her fascinating.
The lead performances were amazing and Scarlett Johansson (Samantha) was just a voice.
I was gripped.
I would, however, demand a full refund from the retailer of this new OS.

The other one I really enjoyed was The Last Days on Mars, which I found to be a cracking little sci-fi horror.
Totally treads where others have gone before (The Thing, Moontrap, The Martian) but manages to tell its own tense, paranoid story.
It's the kind of film that won't top any lists, but people like me and Baseley09 take a shine to.

Liev Schreiber and Olivia Williams are really good in this.

QualityChimp shamefully missed last days on mars just added to watchlist. Deffo get on field in England, its crackers in the best way.

Wasn't sure if you'd seen it as it's not on Laserdisk, but it's deffo that type of film we click with.

AFIE isn't streaming atm, but Kill List was phenomenal.
Also enjoyed Sightseers, but was underwhelmed with High-Rise.
Will see it at some point! It's the kind of thing Film4 show, just not this week - I just looked!

Her was brilliant easily the best on the list there. Thoroughly enjoyed American Hustle too. It’s got a lot of star power but they’re all good in it.
