Yep. My girlfriend has the task (not just her of course) of going round to non census returners starting Tuesday and getting them to fill it in.

Hope she's been trained/told to be 'sensitive' because, as said earlier, I think a lot of the census forms not returned/received will have been sent to homes where people have died recently or are in long term hospital care. So she might well be dealing with the recently bereaved, distressed relatives, people who've been self-isolating for months and the multitude of cases of people who've lost their job in the last year and/or have fallen through the financial safety nets. They could behave in all sorts of ways with unwanted callers, particularly official ones who are representatives of a system which threatens a £1000 fine for not returning the forms.
