Yes I agree with you in that some cases the hunt can be just as enjoyable as the actual capture. Keep us informed, I'm kinda intrigued by this game.

The whole language issue put me off buying the game on JPN import unfortunately.

I'm fair busting to own 'Operator's side' on the PS2, but I've got the same problem. Has anyone with minimal Japanese ever played that successfully here ?

Anyway - yeah, I've seen the box-set for N.U.D.E. and it made me yearn irrationally for it and an Xbox to play it on, too...

I don't know about the language level needed for the Japanese version, but you might be interested to know that Operator's Side is being released in the US in 2004 as "Lifeline."

How's anyone getting on in this?

I've got to the end of phase three, but now my P.A.S.S. has come back all mad and I can't get her to do anything. And when she's mad, she speaks faster and my Japanese skills fail me!
