    Pulled muscle is improved but not healed. Tried a 3 mile slow jog this morning, but can feel it now.

    Moral of the story: don't deviate from the plan. Doing a 10k PB was not part of the training plan for the marathon. Daftie

      I'm feeling a little deflated this week. Training volume is consistent with what I was doing in my busiest weeks prior to the half marathon. Think I'm gonna take it easier this weekend and do a shorter long, Sunday run.

      Parkrun are also helping me reign myself in by asking everybody to run on Saturday without gadgets like GPS or music etc. Will just run to feel rather than letting the numbers on my wrist dictate me.
