After completing Extermination last week I am only 1 Assault (ish) away from Rank 4 and I still have not got any gear from Assault so more is better!

Tal matey, I was speaking to Apa last night and we have a CoP mission run starting at 6pm on Friday evening, but after that we were hoping to run 2 or 3 Assaults (Superior Private Rank) as Apa and Moot need clears. I mentioned to Apa that you wanted some Assault clears also so there’s a spot with your name on it if you want.

Not fully sure which we will be doing. Sagelord Elimination has been cleared and Apathye has done Extermination (but Moot hasn’t). Perhaps we could do Escort Professor Calvauert and Troll Fugitives (one easy, one hard ).

Myself, Apa, Dj and 2 other pickup members (a SMN and a BST) had 2 further attempts at Escort Professor Clauvert last night and 2 more fails. Attempted to have the pets aggro and kite the mobs but it never worked perfectly.

One thing I did find was that at night time I was more than able to kite loads of undead with my AF speed boost so we do have another plan that me and Apa thought up.

We have 3 NIN on the LS with Superior Private mission access and NIN AF feet (myself, Apa and Dj). Plan is to have 3 NIN all go dashing off in different directions gathering up whatever mobs they can (only by causing aggro, no claiming) and kite them around. Any other members (ideally people who can sleep) stick with the professor.

Fingers crossed this will work. Spots for sleepers open

Maybe Thursday evening before Limbus will be time to attempt this.

Excellent. I thought of you specifically when making this post (I'm also going to pester Moot for that lovely light-based Sheep Song ) Gael may also be up for trying again too as BLM/SMN.

My only concern is what time can you be on for Thursday? Limbus is supposed to start at 10:30pm so would like to have Assault all tied up before then.

I should be able to get on before 9pm on Thursday which will give a reasable amount of time.
