The JP version includes keyboard support, and doesnt have camera or loading issues in the slightest. What happened to the US/PAL versions?

I've got a UK PS2 modded by Whitedog with a Messiah 2.

I've a UK network adaptor, and am trying to take the USA NTSC version (original import) of Monster Hunter online.

But I keep getting the DNAS Error -402 message come up.

It's because the DNAS is picking up my mod, I think.

Is there ANY way around this at all? The single player is fab, but this game would be utterly amazing online.

In answer to your questions, you are experiencing the DNAS402 error because of the fact that your PS2 is modded and as far as I`m aware there is defo no way around this, sadly.

I know this because I have a non modded PS2 and my mate has a modded one. I went to his house to help him set it up online and we constantly got the DNAS402 error. As a last resort he called Sony customer service, where the fella in the call center proceeded to bollock my mate as if Sony belonged to his Dad and all the money for non legit games came out of his own pocket.
