Well I'm mighty scary now and stuck in jail! Been playing this for just over 16 hours. 33 days have passed and I've aged at the rate of about 463 days per day. Odd that but then this is only a video game

I am one scary and powerful mutherf****er though Wanted to be nice but cleansed my hometown the one night and have been doing so on a regular basis ever since. I think I have abandonment issues

Justed played the game for the first time today... Think its excellent so far and played 8 hours straight. I wasnt involved in much of the hype surround fable before its release and have seen alot of negative posts about it since. From what ive played so far its one of the best games ive played recently.

I love this game! Got full power and skill but low magic.. to be honest I never used magic apart from 'slow time' during the whole game. I still like pissing around, and now own & rent out every house in Oakvale (apart from where me and my ho reside)

Bought this game on Friday. It's now Monday. I have ignored such unnecessary needs as sleep and nutrition. I am IN LOVE with this game... My parents, relatives and lecturers all think I'm dead.

This is the most beautiful and breathtaking game I have seen in absolutely ever. And Only one game surpasses it musically (Metroid Prime). The engine is fantastic, the command interface is almost flawless (changing weapons is a bit of a nightmare) and the missions are diverse and entertaining. I'm done now.. Gonna go play some more..

so basically i've just finished the game (****e the gast ending i've ever seen) and i'm wanting to know if there's anything left to do after you defeat jack of blades, or is that it? all i've been doing is walking around chatting up birds and giving the finger to everyone, i think i've married half of oakvale! - hehe

and what are you supposed to buy as a gift for lady grey?

anyway, great game while it lasted but they could have put more into a decent ending, not some 10 second piece of bo**ocks and a 30 mins credit section - poo!

Talk to the woman in the rose garden in Bowerstone North, just next to the entrance to the Jail, if you're stuck in the Lady Grey quest. She tells you everything you need to do.

I finished this the other day. For such a long development time it really is a very small game. I kept the thing that you get to choose at the end of the game and with having mastered all strength attributes I am fairly unstoppable. But there is nothing left to do :-(

Apart from marry chicks, kill people and buy properties there really is little left. And the arena is closed!!

Would have moved on and bought GTA:SA but not much point when Halo is due in a matter of days (I resisted the download as this game is worth too much to me to spoil in one cheap mouse click - bit like the build up to Christmas presents really).

I have enjoyed Fable a lot (one of the few games I completed) but they really could have made it bigger. And sorted the frame rate out. And if you make a toy you need a pretty big playground. Like GTA.

                "Oooooooh! You are naughty!!"

I am almost finished Fable and I've really enjoyed it, for what it is.

I wont be taking back my comments on Peter Molyneux though because, apart from 'Arseface' I cant find anything new about the game. Everything in the game has been done before.
I was extremely dissapointed to find that there were only treasure chests behind the 'talking doors', I was expecting Zelda-type dungeons!
I would also question why your character has to grow old at all, since it doesn't seem to having any real bearing on the gameplay. At 55 years old my blokie (who sports a halo BTW) is beating the **** out of anything he meets.

Owning a couple of rented houses gives me some cash for sure, but there is no longer anything worth buying. As for giving beer to the locals...It's nice that you can, but why bother!

i never even bothered with those talking doors - just a waste of time if you ask me, as all you would find inside is something you've already got or simply did'nt need.

i think the size of the world was ok, it was just missing more content. for example, loads of puzzles/secrets and more side quests to keep the game going.

I've finally got round to playing this - its been sitting on my shelf since launch.

Can't really add much to whats been said already in 39 pages except to say that I'm really enjoying it. Love the fact its voiced by English people as it gives the game a lot of charm and suits the graphical style immensely. Been playing for quite a while now and I still like to let off a fart everynow and then. Cheers me immensely.

Only real downer I have on it is the loading between sections. Its a pity it couldn't stream to give one continuous world.
