I've managed to get stuck on level 3.7, it's an on rails level where you burn stuff but this giant green thing just crushes me early on every time, am I missing something really obvious???

I have completed all the normal levels, with 100% but I'm stuck on Two Boss Levels (Water Boss & Final Boss), I can beat them without getting hit, but can't pick up all the coins within the quick seconds you've got after beating them.
Is there a trick to doing that, is there an Ultra Speed movement other than holding A in. It's really frustrating me this, as I'm wanting to move on to more harder levels, if there is any?Comment
