    According to play.com it's out on the 23rd. The blurb mentions playing people all over Europe, but nothing about the rest of the world.

      Well, it's out in the UK now! I just got a free copy for my PSP through my involvement in PS2 beta trials, and online trials are to start soon!

      The vehicles handle like badly aligned bricks though - not sure if I approve....might get some getting used to after the great handling in GTA:LCS
