keep an eye out for white headlights, yes even in the daytime! it is extremely fast and yes maybe a little too engrossing for pick up & play, but you could always play crash mode for the littler trips ?

Been bashing away at this all morning, first of all, like everyone else says I really like it. But I love BO3. Graphics are fine, sense of speed is good and control method B is close enough to xbox control (accelerate on triggers boost as X) is nice but whatever you choose as its BO you always have R+X pressed ALL THE TIME = hand cramp.
BUT it seems unfinished, sometimes you are notified of a takedown with the road sign, other times not. Same with the writing that is associated with the takedown cam screen. Maybe it would be better burned to a Memory Stick as the PSP seems to struggle a little to keep up on road rage events.
Also, anyone who has played a BO game before and possesses a modicum of skill in line with that of a mentally retarded cat with one eye and only two legs will BREEZE through, at least the opening of the game, in the first road rage event I won 4 cars, 5 takedown achievements etc etc...

Still, its BO handheld with great tracks, terrible music and smashing up cars, just what we all expected I guess a great little game.

I dont like it at all.

Played Burnout 3 to death, so that could be the cause of it, but its SO hard to see oncoming traffic/corners, it just annoys me a lot.

              I'll agree with that really.

I'm actually kinda the reverse to everyone else, here, my first foray into the Burnout thing was with that Revenge demo, which I tested out after a mate of mine used to go on about Burnout 3, and how he used to play it on Live every day.

Only had a quick fiddle with Legends, and I enjoy it so far. Maybe I shouldn't have played Revenge first though.

I've just bought this and had a coupla races and a crash junction.

Yes, the frame rate is lower than Ridge but that makes complete sense if you think about how much is going on on-screen in comparison.

Basically it is indeed a slightly trimmed down BO3 handheld and as such if you like BO3 you will almost certainly enjoy this.

However, the points being made about this being too intense for bus/train play possibly do have some credence. If you're like me though, and enjoy playing videogames with a pint or several down the pub - including some wi-fi with some mates - then it's perfect.

Anyone recieved theirs from Amazon yet?

Mine was dispatched yesterday, and I had paid the extra for first class delivery but it hasn't turned up with the regular post today .... quite disappointing, next time I'll probably stick with gameplay.co.uk

I ordered via amazon too but I won't know if it has arrived until later. The dispatch confirmation email was sent out at around 8PM last night, and since the next day first class delivery deadline is 5PM it's unlikely I will have it either.

Well, I understand that first class mail is not guaranteed, but considering everyone else has had stock for a few days I would have hoped they would have posted it out on Wednesday. My amazon dispatch confirmation came through at around 4.15pm yesterday.

                        Amazon for games = ****e

Just played the game BTW. Crime of the century? No re-definable controls, just two preset type a / b. Arse

Well it works on Japanese PSP's, so I would presume it would work on a US model too. If not, just 10 day return it.
