This is no doubt the most random find, but I searched guilty gear in Google and found a great page, which is suprisingly a part of an online encyclopedia by the name of Wikipedia. The page includes a general history of all the versions of the game, a very large collection of in depth biographical information on any and all the characters in the Guilty Gear series, including all the characters accross all the different versions of the game, including each character's unique story in each game, and even some information on their multiple endings in X2 reload, and other games. And this is only the beginning. There is also tons of references to Music artists on which the game was based on, and lots more.

Just thought I'd post the link here because its such a great collection of information that would probably be a decent read for a fan of Guilty Gear, casual or hardcore, and also because I was complaining about the lack of a story mode...wont be having that problem any more, lol

You can also do a search on that site and find almost anything, its a truly incredible find, despite how incredibly easy it was. For example, I did a search for Devil May Cry, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, NInja Gaiden Black and found a wealth of information each time, and thats just games. See for yourself, its a really great site.

One thing i really have noticed though with slash dont know if anyone else has this problem

Some moves do not come out when performed first time for example ky's dragon punch motion move.

At first i thought it was the joypad so i went back to guilty gear x2 but had no problems at all

thats wierd, its almost as if there's a glitch with the programming. Was there an animation the first time but it would cancel out, or nothing would happen after inputting the command? Is this a common occurance with a lot of the characters?

so i made some videos for a friend on reload. my friend keeps loosing to his mates using cheap tactics. so i made some basic vids for him on the pc version. im playing it on maniac, on the pc which is capped at 30fps because fraps cant cope with the 60. so it slows everything down and to top it all off my pc pad cant do fdf combinations. so you will see me punching in thin air sometimes, in the end i quickly moved to analog which didn't help either. if you want a look they are here http://youtube.com/user/Zero9X

There's a PC version now??? It'd be interesting trying to play GG with a keyboard and mouse, and no gamepad. Checked out the vids, some pretty good tactics in there, which brought me back to the good ol'days of X2 Reload. Gonna finish that game b4 XX slash is released in the US so need to start thinking about that one. Thx for the post Zero, much appreciated

In japan seems that there is quite a few surprising pc conversions

I think there are quite a few metal slug and king of fighters games.

The first time i played guilty gear x was the PC demo i do remember being very impressed because unlike most other 2d games it looked really good on a moniter

yeah, with all of Guilty Gears flashes and crazy animations, on some Monitors it would look awsome. As for the other PC fighters, I had no idea there was such a large investment on the PC, but I can understand considering there's prolly loads of ppl with a great PC and no consoles. I bet u internet play for 2d fighters would probably be loads better than any console. X2 reload on Xbox was terrible, everything was lagged by at least 2 secs.
