This would have been such a massive boost to the competitiveness and longevity of the game.

I don't suppose that the DS version has added this feature...
Do you mean hi-score for each mini game bound to the name of a player, just simply the top score for that particular game is saved after powerdown?

I'm sorry - I have no idea what inspired me to write such a pathetic response.

      Response ver 2.0:

It saves the high score of each minigame yes, but it doesn't allow a name or initials to be associated with that individual score. There is also a saved hi-score table (with names) for the arcade mode (one table for all of the difficulty levels combined, not an individual table for each level of difficulty).

Thanks, Widegoat. The first wasn't such a stupid response either!

Well, keeping the high score for each minigame is an improvement over all previous versions (afaik), but name association and/or a small ranking table (even a top 3 or 5) for each mini-game would have been awesome.

That said, I'd still rather play it with a G-Con. A PS2 GunVari 'Megamix' with every mini-game and proper high score tables included would be a must buy for me.

Edit: Also, is your avatar the lead from Bill Williams' fantastic Alley Cat? It looks like our hero. Huge kudos if so!
