    *ding dong*

Hello, am I a bit late? I heard there was a party but my car broke down...

Been meaning to pick this up since the NTSC-uk review made me dig out stuff for a site video and Ifinally managed to pick this up.

I've spent most of the time kicking myself for not doing so sooner - bloody hell what an absolutely brilliant game it is! I?ve been sitting there every time I played it with a massive grin on my face from pretty much the time I started playing.

Between the line of women clapping, the mice on the table top and the bouncing rabbit (including the truly excellent remix at the end) I haven't had this much fun with a GBA since the first Wario Ware game. And each set just seems to get better and better.

Simple stuff but adorable and horribly addictive.

This game just keeps getting better - if the tap dancing moneys aren't the best thing evar, then I don't know what is (probably the bouncing bunny and the clapping girls I mentioned above)

Out of interest anyone know what the number indicator when you complete a round means? I thought it was how many points you needed to clear the latest stage but it doesn't seem to work like that.

Also when it requires you to do a level without missing a beat (it's the random ones with the P shaped heart that breaks when you snarf it up) what actually happens if you complete them?

I've done a few now but can't quite figure out if anything has changed.

You get a little flower (or P star) by the side of it to indicate you have completed it without missing a beat.
IIRC you can only do it when there is teh flower you mentioned hence a lot of quitting and restarting

Stunning game, I have packed mine away somewhere by accident and I can't find it Those monkeys do indeed rulez.

it it brilliant, and a great reminder in these times of $30m games (thank you stranglehold) that you can have a nice simple idea presented in a low tech way that that packs loads of good old fashioned gameplay in.

and i hate rythmn action games, but this feels more like warioware than one of those to me.

Thats your rythm rating, the more accurate you are in the minigames the higher it will go. It has no relation to unlocking anything its just a progress indicator to show how much better your getting.

Fairly high considering that SEGA made Rhythm Tengoku arcade game just few months ago.

Bah! There's no point having tap dancing girl without two tap dancing monkeys to go with her

edit: *slaps forehead* Looks like there's one there after all. Draw closer dear reader for my eyes are weak...

However they are all ufo catcher prizes so you can't buy them normaly as such, only win them from the machines but theres quite a few on yahoo at the moment.

Thanks to charlesr post. I finally managed to get my hands on it and what a wonderful game it is too. For something so simple to play, its very rewarding, fun and original.

I'm suprised by the quality of the music too, especially for something on the gba. Quite catchy too for short snippits.

Just got to the samurai section. It goes dark so you can't see the enemies coming, thats bloody evil!
