dark messiah of might and magic (pc demo)

I tried the (Very short) demo today it is great fun


A sort of fps except more hack and slash (with some rpg elements )

I have seen alot of previews comparing it to oblivion not to sure why though as there nothing like each other.This game is very very linear like in most first person shooters.

The physics really make the combat great fun knocking enemies of ledges into traps or barrels.It is a real example of how physics should be used.

I can imagine though the combat will get very hard against two or more opponents though

Looking forward to this too. I played the demo and its great fun, the combat feels alot like that of oblivion, however the gameplay is very different. I actually find the combat much more fun in Dark Messiah, espeically when thrusting your sword into an enemys chest while they lie helplessly on the floor. The physics engine is great, and I am looking forward to experimenting with the whole fire, water, lightning thing. The end of the demo had me raring for me. Not too long to wait though, this comes out end of October I think.
