Well, it kind of launched.
It's day three now and whilst you can get into the game, there are so many problems that you may as well try taking 20KG of luggage onto Ryan Air.
It's another example that "the powah of teh cloud" is a lie - and whilst the idea may be innovative, the implementation and the ability to service those that want to play it in a sustainable way doesn't meet with reality.
If you click on avatars, you'll get crashes to desktop. If you pick a free flight, you'll wait for 20 minutes to get to the airport/aircraft and sometimes, as demonstrated here from a flight today, you might be doing that without an aircraft, superman style.
The marketplace is coming soon (TM), textures don't load, plane lists are incomplete, radio chatter will constantly repeat between two things (go to 2200 ft, go to 1800 ft, go to 2200 ft), instrument panels don't load, brakes on aircraft won't disengage - the list of problems is so long Santa doesn't have enough paper to write them all down.
It's a terrible experience, even without having paid £200 for the Aviator edition :/
