RE: Lightsabres, I used a Double-Handed Lightsabre in my first game, so I wanted something a bit different for my seconds.

What scripts should i use? I have Jedi/Droid support for droids and jedi members and either default or grenadier for members who use blasters. None seem to stop party members steaming right over to enemies

It's just a minor niggle really, but it would be nice to have more control over what actions members do automatically. For example, set them to offensive or defensive, set them to backup certain party members etc. Would be nice for my jedi's to not use force push so much and actually use force whirlwind and force heal without intervention

Hmm... dunno then. Can't say HK makes a dash for it often and the Jedi member do use their force abilities. You could always swop before you storm in yourself? Like, press black and queue up some actions and keep going like that?

Grenaders stay back though, but if you're in there or close by a target then they don't seem to get so involved... maybe a larger weapon range will help too?

Dunno though man, can't say I had that much difficulty to be honest

Well, what consular's lack in strength, they make for in Force points. So, instead of wading in hip deep into enemy ranks, they would use Force Wave and other offensive Force powers. Why chop them up one at a time when you can crush several at a time?

Yeah...But how am I supposed to use those Offensive Force powers if I'm full-Light? Won't they cost an absolute ton?

-Edit- Sorry, read that wrong. How much more points do you get, a considerable amount? Enough so that I could, say, use Force Lighting 5-6 times in a row? Even full-Light?

If you're full light then using Dark Side powers isn't a good idea - knowledge and defence, remember? Never attack.

Personally, I always go for Consulars and max out the speed, wave and stasis powers. Force Wave especially is magnificent, easily the equal of storm. You can wipe out entire patrols of troops with just a few uses, plus it leaves most survivors stunned for a round afterwards. As far as combat goes, there are plenty of amplifiers that you can pick up along the way and Juhani should be able to keep you out of trouble should you encounter a truly tough opponent.

I've just started my final game for now - a female scout who is going to be as thorougly evil as can be. I'm also not going to level up again until I become a Consular - 18 levels worth of Jedi powers should see her be unbeatable. The glory of the Infinite Empire will be mine...

Why the focus on using Dark side powers when you're Light side? The Light side has some really good powers to use, such as Field Stasis, Destroy Droid, and Force Wave that can more than even the odds in any fight. The Dark side has the greatest offensive powers, yes, but the Light side is certainly not without powers of its own.

Hang on, I'm sure Force Push, whirlwind and wave were force neutral powers, so anyone could use them. Just like Force Throw Lightsabre.

Treu. And considering that those are somewhat offensive, that makes sense, as the Light side is pure about defense. Still, those are open to Light Siders, and cost nothing extra to use, unlike if they were to use a dark side power.

I finally did it eventually I returned to the Ebon Hawk and started through again Strange really

Im now on Manaan and have just infiltrated the sith base by using the speeder. Did anyone break the maths codes?

Mannan is pretty boring at the moment though.

Also how do you get in the prison cells to kill that guy for the special bounty hunters?

I've got the to underwater levels in Manaan and so far this level is insanely easy. Dont tell me, there's a supremely powerful ancient Cod that i have to kill at some point?

Are the planets all set to the same relative difficulty, or do they have an order, or does the game adjust to how you're playing?

Manaan is the quintessential Jedi Consular level - wander around, help people out, use your skills of deduction and diplomacy. I loved the change of pace (especially the murder investigation and subsequent trial) but it probably isn't to everyone's taste, especially wannabe Sith Lords looking to tear **** up. Well, until the Embassy and the undersea base, that is.

Try antagonising the Sith girls - pick a (verbal) fight and threaten them so they call over a Selkath to arrest you then use persuade/a mind trick to convince the Selkath they started it. Result = outraged Sith chick complaining about the injustice of it all...

Completed Taris at Lv 2 last night - the only tricky bits were Brejik (a single strike was fatal) and the Sith Governor, otherwise quite simple. 18 levels of Jedi powers are mine!

                            *whistles appreciatively*

Damn... I'm going to have to try that. 18 Jedi levels...

*gets faint at the thought of all that powah*

Yup They're fairly obvious, didn't have to work anything out... I still went and slaughtered the guys in the docking bay anyway

You'll get dark side points either way, might as well be as evil as possible about it. Also, he isn't in the prison cells - he is in the Republic base.

So there is no way in doing it without getting darkside points?

                                Im a good guy see?

Do you get darkside points if you kill the merchant on Dantooine?
