How are people going to see their records and post on the challenges forum if they can't see text?

F-Zero GX - GC, pre-soldout. All pre-orders have been sent out today ^_^. Pre-orders are welcome for the 2nd batch, which is due early next week.

I couldnt wait any longer so i ordered a copy of it just now. It cost me ?42.50 with EMS shipped. Hopefully ill get no customs with that.

NCSX (with whom I preordered) emailed everyone who had preordered it from them informing them about the Freeloader issues. I cancelled my order - I'm content myself to wait 'til August - but they should have some spare if anyone is in urgent need. NCSX aren't the cheapest, but their service is excellent.

INITIAL IMPRESSIONS:

Good Points:
Fast
Furious
Easy to Navigate - mostly English menus.
Handling spot on.
Loads and loads of ships on screen in races.
Great presentation.


Bad points:
Pop-up (or at least a noticable fade-in of scenery) on the forest levels.
Graphics nowhere near as good as screenshots seem to indicate.
Music not very catchy.

I can't get near those movies because of my ****ty 56K connection but those pixs alone make me want it real bad.
I was going to wait for the US version but don't know if I can wait now.

Only thing putting me off the Japanese version is the fact I won't understand the Pilot Profiles but I want to be able to. I made the same mistake with Kinnikuman.
