The soundtrack is fantastic, theres orchestral versions of some of the old mario faves like the airship music from smb3 & new stuff too. They fit the game very well.

Not forgetting the return of the Mario 64 Bowser level music, god I love that

Question - there was a multicoloured star sprite near the first galaxy hub that you can pay stars to. I did but it just seemed to show the hub map, what does it do?

time trials on some of the galaxys, look for a comet icon above the galaxys. Theres 3 types of trial.

Cheers I've done 2 red and 1 blue one

The red ones have a time limit, the blue one was a race against a dark Mario

. The blue one appeared after I paid my 20 stars, do the red ones come automatically?

Im pretty sure the comets only come when you pay the star. theres red blue & yellow ones.

I got red & blue ones when i paid, not sure if yellow ones will appear or weither i have to pay more further on.

You wont forget your first meeting with bowser in galaxy Everything is done brilliantly including the showdown when you get to him at the end of his level as they face off against each other, posing dramatically.

Yeah, I really enjoyed the first Bowser fight, far better than anything in Sunshine, especially as it reminded me of a certain Yoshi's Island boss battle. Can't wait to get to latter battles if thats what they give you first!

On a related note, has Bowser ever looked so damn evil as he does here?

Right from the intro bowser looks totally different this time, before it was sort of light hearted but in galaxy its all "going on, the gloves are truely off" bowser means buisness this time.

Sorry for the post again, on a serious on topic question now. About the graphics - does it look very jagged in the distance like on Zelda with it only being in 480p. Is it really bad like Zelda was on a HDTV?

It's a lot cleaner than Zelda Bottom line - it looks superb and is probably as good as Wii games are gonna get in 480p.

If you'd offered a higher accolade, I would have taken that aswell.

If you're a fan of Mario and his games (and who isn't) this will probably feel like the best game ever made.
