    WordJong - DS

I've had WordJong for a week or so now & I've just started to play it, but boy am I finding it addictive. It's a cross between Mahjong Solitaire & Scrabble (which I love) & it's a perfect game to relax with. There's a Battle Mode where you beat high scores & earn medals & there's a Daily Mode which is great for a quick fix. So far I haven't had any words that the in-game dictionary hasn't recognised, although looking at IGN's review a few words that you know are correct will be rejected.

So overall, I'm pretty happy with it & have already spent some time on completed games trying to beat my high score. And it also cost $19.99, which at the moment seems pretty good value in my book.

I had to import it from Gamestop as it was the only place that was/is stocking it.

I assume the spellings are all American?

I suppose they are although nothing has jumped out at me. I shall put it to the test today & report back.

I bought a US copy recently from Play-Asia and it's pretty good fun.

Have even got my other half playing and he's not a great fan of word games. It's good on two player mode as well and you only need one cartridge.

It would be good to play it on wifi too but I can't find anyone out there!

I'm usually playing it in bed at around 11:00PM, but I'm a single player gamer all the way. Put me up against someone & I crumble in an instant. Are you managing to beat the scores on the daily puzzles? There are a couple for December that I can't seem to beat the score, no matter how many times I've tried them.

It's a good game to play just before going to bed isn't it?! Have been playing the two player battle with my other half late at night.

I'm struggling a bit with the daily puzzles - have probably attempted about 10 of them only managed to beat the score on about two. It's a bit frustrating when you get to the end and realise you're not going to finish it with the letters left!

It's weird that the daily puzzles go back two years - it would be better if they started from the first time you turned the game on. I keep looking back and wanting to try them all out.

Definitely my favourite game at the moment though - that and Sight Training. Thanks for mentioning it!
