Surprised no-one's started a thread for this already.
I've never seen an episode of Homestar Runner before but after playing Strong Bad, the game based on the show, I'm sorely tempted. The humour is quite childish in a LOLZinternet sort of way but it made me laugh out loud on more than one occasion so I don't mind at all.
Puzzle-wise, it's not as complex as Sam & Max, which was pretty simple to begin with, so you should solve the first episode quite quickly. Still, it's a lot of fun just adventuring in the weird world of Strong Bad and interacting with the odd characters.
Special mention has to go to one of the two included mini-games. Teen Girl Squad is an interactive comic (drawn and narrated by Strong Bad) in which you have to manufacture convoluted situations in order to 'accidentally' kill 4 teenage girls in a sort of Final Destination way. It has, in my opinion, the cleverest puzzles in the whole game.
