I had a epic 6hours on this yesterday. I got to end of level 4 (plane) then got fed up with it. Came close to benching it as didnt enjoy end of level 3 or 4 at all. Deleted it off the HDD and was going to start on either Demons souls or finally NG2 (got it on release got stuck level 6 I think it was with a bug on a boss where it wouldnt load then gave up).

Came back to it for one more quick go after taking more pills about 7pm then carried on with it till finish at nearly 1am (clear time just under 8 hours but I quit out a couple of times by accident!!!).

I ended up really liking it but it did have some flaws for me. Mainly that its just boss battles and was surpised how little normal mob combat their was. I didnt reliase till yesterday that if you quit it also makes you do the entire level over and for some gnashing reason last night when I clicked on retry twice it quit me out anyway!

Its a pretty game and I liked the QTEs alot. The last boss took awhile to do but overall I found em all very easy to beat. Each levels normally under 45mins (theirs 9).

Good solid game in the end though but its not a NG/Wolverine type mobs to boss fight its more do abit of a mob fight (and I mean a tiny bit) then fight a big boss x3 times in a level then move on so abit scripted.

Problem is unlike Wolverine I cant ever see me going back to this for a second playthru as once you suss a boss out thats it really.

Is there any way to check if I've completed a mission on easy or normal ?

Finished my playthrough today and I didn't get the 'Complete on Normal or higher' achievement. Not very happy as I'm obviously missing a level somewhere on Normal and I have no idea where.

Played through this over the last few days. It's short, but extremely daft. Much easier game than Ninja Gaiden 2 is, and I suspect that's why I enjoyed it a lot more.

Could've done with some longer 'normal' bits, as it is it's mostly 'kill some guys, then boss fight, then another boss, then another'.

I'd say it's a decent rental, but if you're buying it bear in mind you're talking 7 hours of game, tops.

Wait a minute, I can't save during missions? Whose utterly thick idea was that?!

There's checkpoints everywhere and I told the game to save because it's fairly obvious that a checkpoint means you can return there, I reload it a few days later and I have to restart the mission. Would've been nice if it told you when it was saving that it was just pretending to save the game and you were wasting your time.

Ugh. Have to start again now.

At first I was like wtf at no mid-level save points. Still completed this despite only getting to game for about an hour a day!

Bit late to this one but only got a 360 last week so I've been picking up a few bargains here and there, spotted this one on shopto for ?8.95 so thought it was worth a go at that price. Only got upto the end of the first mission with the giant spider but very entertaining so far, story seems like it might be interesting as well judging by the cutscene at the end of the stage.

My only gripes at the minute are it's a bit OTT with the QTE's, also seems a bit too easy but I'm hoping thats just because of the opening stage, but otherwise looking forward to putting a few more hours into this.
