    Resistance Retribution PSP (demo)

Nice opening cinematic, annoying voiceover from RFOM is present. Main character has ludicrous English accent. Graphics are pretty good and it's almost impossible to control. Everything I was expecting basically.

I'll play a bit more tonight but it's not looking good. FPSs on PSP really don't work. I thought we'd already established that. Looks like someone didn't get the memo. Anyone else tried it and managed to overcome the controls?

Have you tried PSP+ mode? (I don't know how you'd plug it in, I guess you need a different type of USB cable (mini to mini)) but it might control a lot better with a dual shock 3. Might support rumble too

I wonder what linkup features it has with the .. shocking resistance 2.

To use that mode you have to have the PSP connected to the PS3 and The PS3 has to be running R2. I sh*t you not. I'll try it later just to say i tried it but the setup seems less than optimal.

The main character is called James Grayson and they tell him to be careful or the same fate will befall him as befell his brother. It amuses me to think that his brother is Larry.

Not bothering with the demo - or wasn't going to, as I've got this one pre order.

I know about PSP and FPS but I thought this had lots of aim assist in it.

Apparently the code for this mode is actually run on the PS3 from the R2 disc, that's why the setup is like that.

Downloaded it, but at the moment nothing from any of the stores loads up on my PSP so I can't test it.
