I tried uploading a video of The Pacman getting uppercutted into the ropes then bouncing onto the floor but it kept saying unable to upload to servers.

I'm really impressed with this. More evolution than revolution from FN3 but it just seems so much more polished now and graphically (esp. in replay mode) it looks the business. The detail on the boxers is pretty stunning.
The only thing I'm not too keen on is the ring movement. Ducking and diving is fine but it doesn't really let you move around the ring very effectively.....unless I'm missing something obvious.
I've managed to get Hatton reeling a few times using haymakers but unfortunately he grabs hold for dear life. Is there any way to break the clinch so that I can put him on the canvas?

Press square (or x on the 360 controller) to push the opponent away if he starts to clinch.
I played some more last night and used the tip Myth gave me earlier on (thanks) and managed to floor Pacquaio twice in the 3rd round. The haymaker modified punches (hooks and uppercuts) really do some damage but are quite challenging to actually hit the opponent with. If you wanna hit the opponents head with them you really need to look for those openings unless you wanna get mauled with a counter after. I prefer working the body and then going to the head when the opponent blocks.Last edited by ezee ryder; 16-05-2009, 23:39.

thanks to the kindness of Myth got my hands on this.
my first impressions aren't good, the fighters seem to lack weight, as do the punches. it felt less stiff and a bit more fluid than FN3 but I can't say after my first fight I was wowed.
at the moment as I suspected UFC has won my heart, will give this some more goes though to see if it reveals its charms but initially I'm disappointed

Dazzyman
Just played it (360 demo). Big fan of 3 but was too easy against CPU. This takes it to the next level really. More responsive controls, none of that flash stuff taking the CPU down over and over (their much more cleverer now) and the graphics are state of the art.
Definite purchase was on the cards anyway but now its moved to one of most wanted of the year
