Not being able to play the game type you want is a bit of a joke tbh. I only ever play TDM on COD and would much rather play Bad Company 2 when it comes to objective based games. It's been a waste of money for me so far.

What a load of ****e. Worse still, you couldn't even play the damn game if you wanted to because the server was ****ed up until about 7pm. That's when I just ejected the game in disgust and played something that worked.

I had a good few hours on the new maps, I like them but as expected Crash is just knifers and shottys on speed boost.

Not impressed that the only way to play only the new maps on their own is in hardcore mode. Grrrrr.

I won a team deathmatch game. 6 of them vs 1 of me A couple of people joined me team but must have seen the impossible odds and left immediately. Or there were problems joining or something. Still. I killed them all. It was facinating watching them. It was on derail, so you could see them coming from a mile off.

I'm struggling to decide what's a good setup for playing hardcore team death match. I'm starting to think using Assault rifles is the wrong way to go. What do you use?

Assault Rifles.

I'd swap out stopping power for cold blooded, perhaps go for claymores instead of Semtex, stuff like that. Basically play more cautiously and protect yourself more than arm yourself.

Some maps obviously expect lots of sniping but up to you whether to join them or not. If you're on a good team just communicate and always watch your flanks.

i thought it was a p**s take on what stupid mistakes MW2 players do (returning to get revenge etc), but i think hes serious...

the broken escalator bit made me laugh though.

on another note, something i didnt find out until recently....
if theres a harrier in the air at the same time as a chopper, you can shoot down them both with one missile by shooting down the harrier with the chopper getting caught in its blast radius. they have to be close together, but its awesome when you do it.

im also loving using the javelin against boosters too

I have the US version of the game but live in Japan with only a Japanese credit card. Is it OK to use the Japanese maps pack for the US version?
