I've just bought the app. The ads aren't too intrusive, but the game is better without them and something this awesome deserves my cash. I'm all for creating an FP thread as well, although this in danger of damaging my productivity.

Words with friends - iPhone / iTouch
Got to get the ball rolling with this one, sublime (FREE!) version of scrabble on the iPhone.
Same rules as scrabble except you play over the matrix. You take your turn then wait in real time for your opponent to take theirs.
You have friend codes that you sign up with so you can instantly start games against fellow NTSC users! (See http://ntsc-uk.domino.org/showthread...42#post1630142).
Loving playing this against you guys, scrabble is my family board game so this is bliss.
Works perfectly and for £1.79 you can remove the (only slightly annoying) adverts.

I'm hopelessly addicted to this game now (I think I have ten games on the go at the moment). Such a simple little game, but as I have a thing for word games, it's right up my street. I'm even proud of playing 'slut' & 'turds'.
