Just finished this, other than some terrible slowdown and some overly lengthy sections it was great! It had me Lolling hard quite a bit and the combat is better than ever!

Started this today, if one game can quench my gaming thirst before Galaxy 2, this is it.
The mini games that I have played so far have been great.
I loved the hub world in the 1st and though I was going to be dissapointed that it had been removed...nope..it works really well and i love the riff it plays over the top of it.
Really early days as I just started it at 6 and played for 2 hours.
Loving it so far, loved the 1st and pretty sure by the end I will love this one the same.Comment

Is Galaxy 2 still not out in the UK?
I miss a lot of things about living in the UK, but getting screwed with late game releases isn't one of them.
On-topic, I picked this up yesterday but I'm still in full-on Galaxy 2 mode so I've not really played it much. Lolling was had at the intro, though.Comment

I only had a 20 minute window to play this last night but enjoyed what I played.
The script and voice acting is brilliant with really likeable characters. It sounds like Grasshopper have sorted out a lot of the problems I had with the original, and focused more on the good stuff.
Looking forward to the weekend to play this a bit more.Comment

Really surprised this got a '15' rating - after a few more hours, the F word is constantly used and well you could say the violence is cartoon style, what I've played as a package is a very adult game and really should be an 18.
Anyway, bloody fab. Haven't quoted so can't add spoiler tags to what I was going to say.

2 More fights to go. I have loved the variation, wont go into any detail incase you were clever enough not to follow the game and not know whats in store.
It feels shorter than the original, but my game clock suggests otherwise. I love all the mini games.
I bought a cool suit, jacket and trousers and it is actually cool as f*** Cream colour buy it! you will feel like cool assassin.
No complaints here...Wish I would of hyped myself up more for this as it does deliver.
Last few fights have stepped up difficulty and it feels rewarding to win. Perhaps the biggest gripe of the whole game is that on MILD difficulty, its pretty plain sailing.

just finished this and I have to say, I found the ending somewhat lacking... Its probably because "darkstar" in the first game set the standard so high, but this boss wasn't anywhere near as entertaining. Oh well, the game was great on the whole, some great bosses
, even though I didn't feel they were fleshed out enough.Comment
The shinobu platforming bits were pretty shonky though. Why do developers assume that if your character can jump that you should chuck platforming into a game?
