Well, you will be hard pressed to find out too many differences between this and FIFA 10, barring a different colour palette they're using.
It retains similar asthetics from that of Euro 2008 in that it uses the official television overlays, and has similar camera cut-aways to fans/ managers/ players like in Euro 2008.
Now for the main bug-bears that they emphasized on fixing, mainly the rushing of keepers and chesting of the ball, instead of the player making the decision of clearing the ball first time with head or feet. Or just a first time pass.
I've had a few clear 1v1 situations against the keeper with my striker being open around 30-40 yards to goal, and they've seemed to have sorted the goalie rush (so far) but for the chesting quirk, I don't know about that.
It seems pretty 50-50 as i've seen defenders still chest it in the penalty box instead of lunging at it. I'll probably have to play a few more games to get a definitive verdict on it.
As for a purchase?
Hard to say. I would get it, but the underlying feel is, is that it's not much of a change from FIFA 10
