Same here mate. Got to the final boss on my 5th and final credit and suddenly the reaction speed required ramps right up. I find I'm looking at the periphery of my vision for surprise attacks / incoming projectiles / chests to shoot. I think this may be the best light gun shooter ever and I will 1cc it.

I usually have my TV set to standard mode and have all kinds of niceties switched on. This game however requires game mode. When this is activated though there is so little lag between pointer movement and target reticule, it's very impressive.

Interesting what you say about the drift. I'll check mine out but as I say, as far as this game goes I've witnessed nothing. The Shoot on the other hand...

I think HotD 2 is my all time fave, followed by TC2 arcade and Virtua Cop 3. Deadstorm is among the better ones too. Also, that old guy VA... he sounds incredibly familliar. Is he in past TC's, Soul Calibur etc too?

Those are my top 3 shooters too. Will probably get Razing Storm for chrimbo, can't really afford the whole hog in one go at this point. Its looking aces though, can't wait!

Did any of you guys buy or use the gun attachment i've seen in shops? Any good?

Yeah I have it and its ace (as long as Calibration keeps being steady). Just beware of the duck/reload ****... can only be done with Move button for some reason. Even then I still prefer the gun shell over the naked Move.

Guncon is absolutely the most hardcore, NEVER fails calibration and TC4 has no crosshair when connecting this thing. Heck, RS feels great because of the awful DS3 part you can hold to replicate a machinegun feel.

But its wired, costs 2 USB, no rumble, Wheel actions are worse... so I just keep using the Move.

A proper gun con is better but move plus the gun shell works very well i reckon.

Managed to complete Deadstorm Pirates on 3 credits and S-Ranked the whirlpool stage along the way. Only b-ranked the rest though so a long way to go. The bloody crabs are a pain in the arse.

Am I right in thinking I'll need a CRT to play any of the older games of this style i.e. anything before TC4? I know there's a double pack for Wii that I'll be picking up but is there anything else like this I can play on a modern TV?

Nope FSW, TC4 is it, a remake of TC 1,2,3 and Crisis Zone would be fantastic, do it Namco/Bandai you need the cash with your profits results a few days back.

Oh, yesterday during the day though I experienced fairly horrific aiming drift. Not sure what caused it but basically it went like 90 degrees horizontally off sync. I re calibrated and it was fine for the next hour or two. Most bizarre.

is the navigation controller required for this?

Nope. Well, there is an FPS game as part of Razing Storm and that needs either the navi or a DS3 but otherwise it's just the Move.

It really needs a shake-reload, off-screen reload, or navi-reload. Patch plzkthx!

Just keep your non firing hand hovered over the move button.
