Apparently the USA/JPN version will not work on UK DSI/DSi XL as it is enhanced for those consoles, any DSi enhanced game will be region locked.

This is brilliant, the 3ds has got me going back and trying out a couple of straight ds games and this is my favourite

I love how smoothly the new mechanics get introduced and all feel like they should be there, comes across as simple then I realise I've spent 15m or so perfecting a level route.

Am I the only one who is of the belief that the very first Mario vs. DK title on GBA (with the platforming action reminiscent of Donkey Kong '94 on the Original Gameboy) is STILL the best game in the series?

I've never been able to get along with Mario vs. DK ever since the DS sequels turned it into some sort of Mario-themed Lemmings tribute.
