Was pushed back to the 25th.

It'll be worth the wait though!

Fry/Stiven - I think the first-person view gel detonation was in Arkham Asylum, I naturally used it like that so I assume it was. Also

with the chalk outline bit, if you stay there the whole time the music plays you get an achievement. May as well keep all this in spoiler tags, there is also a few hidden messages on the Cryptographic Sequencer if you work them out.
And with the story I laughed so bad when I realised maybe 2 hours later, "Hang on, he brought Jokers body out in a dramatic ending..but left that woman who helped him in there to rot."
Another Easter egg - did you find the pregnancy kit?....

I can't understand why people are raving about this game ? I found the game gets boring very fast . It a well made game and all that, just that it all gets a bit stale and plays very similar very early in

Ahh, see when I saw it I knew I had used it in Arkham Asylum, just forgotten.
Tell you that did slightly bother me

Batman left Talia Al Ghul to rot and brought out Joker, ok it had a bigger impact and it matched the very first image you see in the game when you play as Catwoman, the painting of Cain and Abel. I did notice the pregnancy kit, no doubt Harley Quinn up the duff with a Joker baby. I had heard the numbers on the cryptoraph and read they have all now been decoded and looks like it's Scarecrow, maybe him in Gotham City next time?
          I will return Batman.
You will pay for what you have done to me.
Fear will tear Gotham City to shreds.
Thought the catwoman alternate ending was cool, I was like ah sod batman he's gotten out of much worse scenarios on the old TV show walked away.

Been reading about the Easter Eggs I never noticed, thought that the

Fake Joker one was great, if you look at joker in investigation mode, he doesn't have a Skeleton.

Played a bit of the pc version. DX11 is a broken mess, performance issues through the roof. They are going to release a fix as soon as possible. DX9 on the other hand is a solid 60fps.

Can't wait to give this more time, must finish with skyrim first!

Thanksgiving Day, peeps. Must remember to pop in to see the Calendar Man later...

EDIT: ^ Well, that was quite a fun little episode. Now he's angling for a visit on Christmas Day, but that ain't happening. (I love the little touches like this that Rockstar have worked in).

Holy crap. Just started this on PC. Well, I say started...

What the **** is this ****? I'm logged into steam and it wants a key. So I find the key, then Windows live want me to log in and says if I don't then I can't save and that wants the CD key too and I don't know my details. SO I find my details and put them in and it needs to update so I say it can and then I start playing and then windows live dumps me out of the game to apply changes and then I start it again and then it locks my PC up. Once again I will be seeking a crack on bittorrent in order to play a game I legitimately bought. Fuming.

well I haven't had any problems mate, just been playing it and its phenomenal. Unlike Skyrim and Zelda this isn't overrated.

The world is coherent and detailed, gameplay is fun with combat being immensely satisfying. There's nothing not to love about this game and it looks amazing on a PC.

                  Wow...

All is forgiven because yes, the game is awesome. Looks absolutely amazing. I'm playing using a Dual Shock 3. I'm assuming a pad is the correct way to play this? I even like the catwoman bits.

Is all the DLC for consoles going to be available for PC?

Only went for this as thehut goofed the pricing at one point and I managed to bag it for ?14, thought it would be a while before the Xbox version ended up at that price.

The DLC is a waste of money tbh with only new stuff available for the challenge maps so you wouldn't be missing out on anything if it didn't happen.

I'd quite like to play as Robin or Nightwing though, even if the story is still the same.

I actually have to agree with rmoxon on this one (that's worryingly the second time already). Definitely over-rated game, a solid 8 but not excellent or classic material by any means. Too many crooks, no one gets to shine, too little Hamill's Joker, bad boss battles, horrible ending.

Too much going on. I'm trying to find

                              Mr Freeze

and every time I get near him
is on the phone doing the Die Hard business with me. I don't know what the results will b if I just ignore that phone call so feel compelled to answer it and do what he asks. Happened twice before I realised I was supposed to trace the call so that was a load of time wasted there. So far this is technically excellent on a great many levels but with hindsight I definitely appreciate the focus that Asylum provided.

I got rid of it before I finished it, as you said it really lacked the focus and tight level design of Asylum.
I really missed the metroidvania aspect of the first too.
I mean there was nothing fundamentally wrong with this game, but I honestly think the first one was a superior experience.
