Is there a reason why Music Pack 05 is missing from the EU store when the other 9 are there?

The online code that comes in the box for the extra tracks ect has anyone got it working as mine keeps saying need a valid email address???
Everything else is correct just highlights the email address as being invalid lol

I love this so much online. I am now competitive having upgraded my base machine stats to top level, and went from lvl4 to lvl7 in a few races. Winning them all of course!
