Really have taken to the PS4 version more than the PC one. Playing the single player game without having to worry about imminent disconnection is the way it should have always been. Expert mode seems a lot easier than I thought it would be and I've picked up a few decent legendary items already, one of which allows me to cast town portal without interruption in the middle of a mob brawl and with a 56% damage reduction shield. Killed a few nemesis too that decided to show up at just the wrong moments that feature alone makes the PS4 a lot more tense and interesting!

i agree there when i get a next gen console i will pick up the game i am still playing the pc version but got to say loot wise with my demon hunter i am at a dead end been playing torment 3 now and not got a item better then what i have for ages i think i will have to start multiplayer now

Keep hold of it, read something about those items being good in the late game for farm runs.

New Feature: Seasons
Seasons are an optional, recurring game mode that offers players the opportunity to periodically start fresh, leveling Normal or Hardcore characters from scratch without gold, resources, or previously earned Paragon experience. Similar to the separation between Normal and Hardcore game modes, Seasonal characters will have their own shared stash and artisan progression as well. Any items, gold, or Paragon experience earned during a Season will be rolled over to a player's non-Seasonal characters once the Season concludes.
Seasons offer unique rewards and new challenges for players, including new Legendaries, an exclusive Transmogrification set only available to those who compete in each Season, and new achievements called Conquests. Progress within a given Season will be tracked in our new Leaderboard system.

New Feature: Greater Rifts
Formerly referred to as Tiered Rifts, Greater Rifts are a special type of timed Nephalem Rift. There are an infinite number of Greater Rift levels, and each Greater Rift level will be progressively more difficult than the last.
Completing a Greater Rift within its alloted time will allow players to progress to the next level (and if your time is exceptionally good, you may even skip multiple levels at once). Players can continue progressing through Greater Rift levels so along as they complete the Rift before its timer expires. Once a timer expires, players will reach the end of their current Greater Rift journey and their best results will be tracked in our new Leaderboard system.

New Feature: The Cesspools
In patch 2.1.0 and moving forward, players will now have a chance to spawn a new level environement while in a Nephalem Rift or Greater Rift: The Cesspools.


Also with the treasure imps if you are lucky and there portal is open when you kill them you can then go into the treasure realm

season 1 has started and all i can say some people REALLY need to take a break since yesterday people have got to level 70 and done many greater rifts

Still really enjoying this on PS4. hope we get seasons at some point.

Also, has anyone else managed to obtained a Two-Handed sword called Maximus? I thought it was a pretty sweet weapon summoning a demon as often as it did, then I started to realise the chain it was tethered by could be used offensively. Oh my god, the speed at which I cut through elites now!

Bumped it up to expert now for Act V.
Good brain off game...played it on the Vita whilst watching SkySportsNews for 6 hours last night

Have not died once...def start on hard if you are still to begin!!

Just whacked it up to Torment 1, still reasonably easy but the legendary drop rate seems no better than Master

Managed a pretty awesome amulet which absorbs arcane damage though, puts an end to those pain in the arse purple lasers of death, my new best friend!

I got an axe that changes all my characters sound effects to be those from the Butcher

Do the torment exclusive legendaries drop on any torment difficulty? I've given torment 2 a shot, but I was destroyed by a rift guardian and an elite group so I'm thinking my items or build need improvement before I go higher than t1

Equipment wise I'm using the ashera set which randomly summons my other 2 companions, maximus 2h sword, Julia's cameo necklace for arcane absorb and some legendary rings which provide chance to fear on hit.

My build is living lightning, arcane orb with fire rune, lightning hydra, black hole with range increase and lightning damage, mirror image with damage increase.

Any wizard experts have any tips?
