Maybe you'd get the first boss fight, which they showed at E3, that's pretty cool.
I've not played it since friday when I bought it, it's got very tiresome very quick.

I'd probably settle on giving this a 6/10, I enjoyed going through it and for a while the collecting does get a little Crackdown style obsessive but it doesn't go anywhere near far enough with the concept.

I think the choice of releasing this before the movie as opposed to after it hasn't helped its chances much either.

This isnt as great as I would have hoped. Spider-Man imensions was pretty good

I take it all back, its not as bad as I originally made out. It gets quite good towards the end. Ive been on it now for about 13 hours and done 900+ of the cheeves too and I keep going back to it. I didnt do all the story missions when they were available, i did all the sides when I could and its made it out to be a nice experience. Would be a solid 7 from me.

My main gripe would be lacking in variety of the side missions, which would have made being out in the sandbox much better.

They could fix this by adding some nice DLC, with it being a movie tie in though I dont expect much after development.
