I have revisited this upon the release of the 9 Coin Rush levels in 3 packs of 3. Have to say for ?2 a pack i am impressed. It is clear the best levels have been saved for DLC.

However if you think you are good at Mario games just wait until you play the challenge pack. The first level has you battling against p switches, racing from one to the next, if you are too slow its death. The second level has you completing most of the level by bouncing from enemy to enemy rarely with a break on platforms. The third who knows as i am yet to get there.

Well worth a look if you have this game

For anyone hoping for a price drop, don't hold your breath. Mario platformers are notorious for retaining their launch price pretty much throughout the game's shelf life.

Secondly, just read Phantasmical's spoiler regarding coins. I'm not sure

unlimited golden flowers and an extra world are correct. I'd read that all you got for 1 million coins was a new title screen and a congratulatory message. Had I not known beforehand and slaved away getting all the coins only to be greeted with that, let's just say my faith in nintendo would be forever tarnished
