Completely hammered Queenslydale. Had an epic cool boss fight in the swamps. Problem them now is, i'm currently lvl15 and every other area i visit starts of with lvl20 enemies.

Gave up with Guardian, not a very fun class (at least not in earlier levels). I will probably try another ranged class later as they seem to be more fun in this game. The elementalist is still great though.

In regards to areas having too high level enemies. This seems a problem with the game. It just sticks you in the world and tells you to help people, beyond the story missions there's very little structure and you can't simply follow those story missions, Infact if you want to stay at the recommended level when doing story missions you really have to explore everywhere, but this is somthing you have to lern yourself as the game doesn't tell you.

I'm a Norn and there were two choices for the next area, both 15-25 areas.

I'm finding the elementalist fun too, but I still haven't found my preferred setup. Liking the offense with the daggers but I also like the healing from the two-handed staff.

I stand corrected, i just somehow unluckily picked the 2 entrances that has the 23 lvl mobs and missed the lvl 15 mob area. I'm level 20 now and still loving it. The battlegrounds are great fun too. First time playing an mmo where a warrior can have AoE effect attacks and range. My warrior at the moment has an axe and shield with alternate long bow. So switching between them on the fly is great fun.

My main is a Guardian and I'm thoroughly enjoying it both in PvE and PvP. They really do come into their own with their Virtues in PvP though.

You know you can go to the other starting areas for the other races and the game scales your level down, but the exp is still good. I'm 25 and I did Queensdale > Silvari place > Kessex Hills and I'm over the level of all the hearts in the area still.

Trying to save the starting areas for when I play as those races really.

I just think each starting area should have been better put together really. Ive only tried 2 so far, the human starting area is a bit of a mess but ok. The Norn one is worse though, it kinda just tells you to "go hunt and stuff!" and thats it. One of the earlier quests had me following the instructions of some statues or somthing, but I had no idea what I was doing so I just stood still and watched the completion bar rise on its own as presumably someone was completing it for me. After that I just wandered about until somthing else happened, and so on.

I'm finding confusing quests all over the place, though I'm eventually figuring most of them out. Several of the World Events I've tried have been bugged at 90% complete which is frustrating. The vista\ jumping puzzle quests are becoming my most hated though, especially with the 10fps I'm playing at!

For that Norn quest you had to Use the statues and answer a riddle they gave you.

Tried out all the characters and classes on this now while leveling my main elementalist at the same time.

I can safely say that this is an absolubtley stunning game. In every way. The combat, the graphics, the design of the world. It's just brilliant and ahead of everything else in the genre.

May possibly end up being my game of the year.

I'm still on Desolation, population hasn't been a problem since the first week (always put on overflow). I'm level 27 now and am seeing lots more of the world, the art design is amazing. Seeing Lions Arch for the first time was staggering.

Helps that I've just bought a new graphics card and can now run it in full detail

Anyone else still playing this? Saw Bubbles on the other night but not seen anyone else.

I'm level 39 now. Have done the first dungeon which was massively difficult and frustrating but gave a load of XP. Have yet to see any of the massive enemies that were in the promos but hopefully I'll get there soon!

                          Game is very addictive...must 100%...every...map.
