Wrc 4 ps3 version tested review

I never really thought this series was much cop. Ropey handling , poor physics, screen tear; it really was a dogs dinner.

Until now. Every thing has been improved; handling feels like mcrea 3/4, graphics/textures are much improved, sound is much better, and overall control and gameplay are *almost right*

Well worth the upgrade. Probably the best rally game,of this gen.

Be nice to see what milestone can do with the ps4.

It's great I bought the 360 version last week, was so impressed I bought the vita one as well, a great version as we'll but the graphics are nowhere near the 360 , but it still looks great on vita, if you want a good rally game.

I picked 3 up recently and it was the first good game in the series but despite the many improvements, it's just dull. The track design is so utterly bland. It made me want WRC for PS2 again.

I've bought all the games in the series bar the latest one so far, dvdx2 is right with his first line, though I do love a rally game I must admit.
Probably due to the many fond memories of Colin McRae Rally 2.0 on the PC about ten years ago.
Thought WRC on the Vita was OK.
Must see if there is a demo of WRC4 on any format.

Theres a demo on PSN, its a lovely looking demo BUT, its just too hard its a 4 star track and it is very very tight and loads of bends and stuff and its so stop start driving, not the best use of a demo to show off the engine and handling id say.

The demo absolutely doesn't show the amazing quality stages the game has. It's miles better than I expected to be honest.
