Well just think this game is brilliant and like playing the original HALO for the 1st time and just being in awe at the spectacle and sheer scope of the views and vistas . Its like HALO (for gameplay) meets Prometheus (for looks and music) .

Nothing new or anything we have seen or played before , but its just done so well in one complete package (insert DLC joke if one must)

I wouldn't be surprised if they added cooking. mmo staple that.

That could be fun rotating a space rat over a camp-fire, while janky music plays, then quickly removing it before its burnt al-la monster hunter would help with the po faced super serious but not quite pulling it off thing destiny has going for it.

I'm doubtful Destiny in terms of the product here and now will develop much beyond what's here. There'll probably be 3 or 4 expansions and then Destiny 2 etc just as with any online fps series. It's seeing how Bungie move the series once it's established and unshackled from current gen that will be interesting and the real test. Can anyone elaborate on the PvC side of things? IGN insinuated that the game was light on main missions and filled itself out by grinding (to be expected or such games so not an issue) but as you progress it shunts progress more and more towards PvC. For me the PvC portion of the game beta was its weakest sauce so I'd rather bypass that entirely

Ps.: Got the moon map on pvp deathmatch. Terrible. Far too big for 6v6, Don't understand why Bungie didn't trim it to a manageable size. But if you like getting insta-sniped from distance by a barely perceptible pixel, or having most of your team camping out next to the hover-tank spawn spot, it's the map for you.

I am nearly lv15 so am a bit further on than most of the BD PS4 crew it seems...after 8 hrs yesterday!

But I am more than happy to tag along with you lot on your earlier missions. I can just be your security guy for the tough bits.
While I pick flowers for the quartermaster!

I'll be online tonight me thinks. Need to do the last missions in Russia before I move on to the moon. Tried to tackle it as lv5 last night with two others of lv5 and while we got up to the decoding section (the bit with 3 waves) we got slaughtered. Hence the levelling last night. Will get to level 10 before I try it again with some better weapons.

Have you got bounties on, Fishy? I've always had 5 on the go and I've levelled up faster than I can keep track of. Multiplayer has sped-up the levelling too. Lvl 14 now, and I don't know if that's a bit too high for where I'm at...

Started putting them on last night after realising they were there. Deff helps.
