At level 27 now and seemed to be on the home straight to finishing the main story for quite a while

I won't go in to detail but both were wearing underwear and when the action really started the camera panned through them and stopped pointing at a wall for 5 seconds. Why the he'll the Japanese version is censored for nudity is beyond me. This country has tits and porn all over the place!

Just doing that Jenny O The Woods Level 10 quest. She was Level 24! As I was Level 13 I ran for it. The difficulty level of this game is bizarre at times!
Having said that I managed to do the Hattori storyline. Meant defeating some Level 23/24 enemies ( Level 12 at the time). Fortunately I had help and was able to stand at a distance and do around 50 damage per shot with the Crossbow.

i am up to level 22 now and already have lots of side quests that are greyed out and don't give any significant XP. i see why the devs did the level cap for XP but it's really annoying to have no XP incentive at all for the majority of quests. i hope they will at least raise the XP to a number that feels a bit more reasonable. currently i get 5 points which is ridiculous.

I played this from launch day for one week then refunded it.
My Witcher 3 experience/thoughts...
-Storytelling and combat is superior to the Elder Scrolls and W3 is obviously a high quality game.
-However I got stuck on the Botchling, and since the game had not yet gripped me I could not be bothered to figure out how to beat it. I had better things to do with my time.
-For me the fixed 3rd person camera was a major factor in this game feeling less immersive than Skyrim.
-Why is it always windy? The trees are always swaying, this is unrealistic.
-The goat fetch quest revealed out dated, unrealistic and lame game mechanics that remind you you're playing a videogame. Why would the goat run back towards the bear? And why when there is clear distance between the bear and the goat, would the goat insist that it remains in the bears vicinity until I kill it? This makes no sence.
-Why on earth, is the text in the inventory so small?! From what I could see there was no option to increase the size. This bizarre trend began with the advent of the 7th gen consoles.. The inventory text was so small I often strugled to read it on my 45inch TV screen.
Roll on Batman.

honestly i feel the main quest's story and progression is really the biggest letdown of the game. so far there isn't any story at all except everyone looks for this girl Ciri for some reason. it's the side quests that really shine and make this game world so immersive, even though it's not first person like Skyrim. but i am sure there will be a first person mod at some point.
despite it's many flaws and bugs it's surely one of the most ambitious RPGs to date and surpasses even Dragon Age in my opinion.
Angry Joe's review is finally out and as worthwhile to watch as ever...
