no-where near it and one of those super long under ground tunnels half a map away starting in the pool just north of the village ruins with the hole in the ground and where you find Dane the first time.
Beat the legendary boss in dragon pit area
Bayle, between the black knight ash, Lgon summon and myself tooled up for fire/thunder protect i took him down onthe 3rd try with 2mm of HP left and all my flasks gone... phew.
Just the north and north east of Shadow Keep/fort to explore, before it's of to the final area.
I'm really tempted to restart fresh for chaos build once i'm done. Yet the Outer Gods to rain hell down on these demigods and followers.

Last Boss is just crap, that second phase is just perfection of all that's wrong latest Souls boss design, the worst kind of 'i can't see anything', no idea what am suppose to be dodging, there no time to use any weapon art without getting tagged back for 90% of his moveset, so it leaves you with single swipes at huge HP bar.
I just going read spoilers on how to beat him, and use player summons if i have to its that BS of a fight.

Yep I hated the last boss (loved the concept though). As I mentioned I completely respecced after consulting the Guru. Got me through this boss and
Bayle
and will try and use it for Elden Lord fight in the main game. It hasn't worked (solo) on Malenia though as it is a tank build.
I'm playing with another faith spec character this time it is a lot easier than my int spec. I'm rocking the Code Sword, Blasphemous Blade and the Black Knife. I started out as a black magic assassin build in the main game but am now moving towards a more mainstream STR or DEX (haven't decided yet). I just need to pump some more stats into END armour up.
I'm hoping to bag a fire knight greatsword and armour set as they look pretty dope. Not looking forward to the farming though

Beaten but was with a summon player helping me. level 16 Scads, level 204, I tried various builds,
around rot and frost but his rot defence is surprisingly high and should be lower for lore reasons plus i just resets for phase 2 so it pointless doing rot or poison. I could quite easily tag him with frost, my Hoarfrost Katana had INT on it so i lost 200 att unless i respec all my 54 arc of me into it and the 2 other weapons the ice rapier and axe only used DEX with some STR but had low scaling so again a a good 300 att lost. In the end i stuck with RoB katana despite the high bleed defence and levelled up a Brass shield to max, went with full defence talismans (physical def +3, all rounder magic def +3, 22% holy def magic one and Better guarding). After that it as about getting a decent partner... went through 13 fingers.. 6 died in the first phase, 3 in the 2nd, and 3 deaths my fault, well i say my fault there just some BS in phase 2 you can't do much about if the other player won't agro the guy back to buy time to heal. one of the opening phase 2 attacks the boss decided to ignore his AoE opening satellite laser and jump in the air for his 5 hit combo which outright killed me. Winning run was shielded bloke where we shared agro back and forth applying bleed all the time, finish the run with 4 flasks(of 11), 1 MP (of 3).

Going through NG+ with my main character, and got to Mohg. I was ready to die, instead me and Mimic Tear destroyed him in the first go. Mohg was doing his three, two, one attack, bleed kicked in, one more swipe, and it's gone. Around 120k souls with the golden scarab talisman, I was so surprised at Mohg diying I wasn't able to trigger the other soul-increasing item in time.
And because Radhan was already gone, I got into the DLC. And if you thought Furnace Golems were boring in NG, in NG+ the first Golem required staggering it two times. Boooooring fight.
