Not too bad a game actually.
Having a perpesctive akin to Shadowrun on the SNES, you must run and gun your way through various levels collecting key cards and items like fuses in order to escape and correct the worlds timeline.
As you progress, things get more chaotic and escape and survival get ever more tense.
I quite like it, despite it having several flaws.
The graphics are vomit inducing sadly though. They used REALLY crude 3D renders that were then converted into sprites, (or hell, it could be crude actual 3D models being generated), suffice to say, they should have used hand drawn sprites. Looks awful as it is now.
Jumping platforms is a pain as well, the controls could do with some improvement.
Pacing is quite good, with short but sweet sections, very nicely paced.
Just as your running low on ammo trying to hold off 3 large mosters, you find a fresh ammop clip and finish them off. It does a good job of conveying a feeling of being on the edge or surviving.
Not to bad, worth playing if you see it for cheap or have other means of getting cheap GBA games.
But with so many other great titles on GBA, I wouldnt say its worth a full ?30 price tag.
Any other thoughts?
Anyone else played this?
Picked it up hoping for a decent top down adventure, the Shadowrun perpsective in the screens really grabbed, even though gameplay is nothing like it sadly.
