I think this looks quite tasty tbh and highly collectable. Was something similar like this released in the US/JP.

Im that much of a sucker for collectible stuff that I probs will buy it even though I dont own a next gen pal console.

thought all PAL versions of GT4:P were signature ones ? they had loads in GAME and Gamestation at the weekend.
