    Happy Pinichu

Has anybody else got this amazing GBA puzzler?

You can only play it on the normal GBA as its a tilt cart, im shocked that it didnt get more coverage online and in games mags.

As far as i can tell its developed by Nintendo, it was released in Japan in summer last year.

The idea of the game is to explode the happys by linking them up to create bombs that you can drop onto the screen.

Theirs also a boss battle mode where you have to blow up bosses by tilting the GBA and getting the bombs as close to the boss as you can.

An IQ mode where you have a limited number of tilts to complete a task

a time trial mode where you have to get the biggest score you can in a set time, and another weird mode that i still have not worked out as i dont know Japanese.

If you have a GBA and are into qwirky Nintendo games or puzzle games then this is the game for you.

    Reviewed it for GBAcentral.net

Superb game, a little too easy though. With a few gameplay refinements it could have been perfect.

Apparently there IS a way to get it playing on an SP. The info is apparently in the Japanese SP instructions. Not having an SP yet, I've not been able to confirm this. You could also play it throught the GB-player if you hold the cube correctly! That would be 'interesting'

I didnt think it was easy as some of those IQ missions are very difficult.

Oh i have not got an SP either and have no plans to get one unless Nintendo add it to the stars catalogue.
