Yeesh - some of you lot... honestly. Worst title ever? For example, Boktai? I appreciate it sounds a bit weird, maybe, and it's not obvious to every English player it's the shortened form of Bokura No Taiyou, but what would you rather it was called? Sounds like you wouldn't be put off making fun of it until it was called "Small Boy With Solar-Powered Gun Fights Vampires", and then there'd be no room for any misinterpretation.
Most of everything quoted here just seems to fall under the "sounds a bit dodgy to me, eh? nudge-nudge?" category, not "worst title ever".
Apart from the PC RPGs. "Franchise: The Verbing Of The Noun"... shame on me, I, um, hadn't heard that particular catchall. Hehe.
Oh, and Resident Evil is Biohazard in Japan, remember? Although it was probably still Capcom Japan who thought the Western title up... anyone know any different?

Resident Evil's a better name than Biohazard imho.
Bobobobo Bobobo Bakutou Hajike Taisen for Game Boy AdvanceBoboboubo Boubobo: Bakutou Hajike Taisen is an Action game, published by Hudson, which was released in Japan in 2004.
Now there's a mouthful.
Titles with colons in are generally rubbish, true. But 2 colons in the same title?
Genius.
Share the wank!
That cover's hilarious too.Last edited by ElAlcesDiablo; 26-08-2004, 16:54.

Star Wars: Dark Forces III: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
Of course the game is normally just referred to as Jedi Outcast for short, but that's it's proper name.
