Mario Kart looks ****e:(

whilst obviously going just by the screen shots, the graphics looks terrible. why do you like these low, low quality textures nintendo?

and the biggy, you can not longer drive and take out other drivers with weapons. either the cpu or another player will do it for you..

however i do have faith in nintendo knowing what they are doing, but i was really looking forward to this title - and now i have it just looks like another game.

Mario Kart is primarily a FUN game, not a graphical showcase. it has been designed for you to ENJOY, not sit marvelling at the amazing raytraced wheeltrims on Peach's kart.

Is there any real point to this debate at all? Youve seen a couple of screenshots and from that deduce that the graphics are terrible, even though they are poor quality low resolution shots blown up of a game still deep in development. Once you have some more substantial evidence that the game looks pap then please try again.
