The music on the first Daytona 2 section is the proper music from the arcade version,not sure about the rest as I only ever played that track in the arcade. I hope it is on the the X-Box version as I remember loving it in a it's so bad it's good kinda way(much like Ferrari F355s soundtrack).

Looks totally AWESOME....but....i don't understand why people use the front of car view. it is especially bad in outrun 2. hard to see were you are going.

Looks pretty enough and a good enough conversion. I bet it's great fun online, but it's not something i'll be getting.

Looks a bit bland though, and i can't imagine single player being too exciting after a couple of days.

A rent title i think, still a nice conversion.

single-player is my fave part of the game. it's ok online (speaking of the demo here) but i prefer playing it alone against the clock, like i do with sega rally.

i've been playing it alot on the arcade recently, after smacking up the demo enough to be able to finish the arcade version now. it's at play2win on oxford street and i go there after uni (but their games are sooooo easy - i can clock their sfa3 on one credit with ken, and i clocked soul calibur 2 today in two credits with talim who i chose by accident. now, casino - that's got a difficult sfa3! maybe it's the stick...)

i'd reccomend you rent it out and see how you like it paul

I doubt its the stick, most arcade games have a set of dip switches, which alter the game options. One of these being difficulty.

It might be worth asking the staff at play to win to knock the difficulty up a touch if you're finding it too easy.

The button layout confirming to the Extra Terrestial standard makes it harder than it ought to be. Still, at least you have a VF:Evo cabinet in your country.
