had a few games on 2 now.
first of all, the whole thing looks amazing. so much better than the dreamcast version.
theres a new movie at the beginning which is stunning.
the characters are using the volleyball engine i think(?), and they look pretty nice, and some of the stages are absolutely huge, and filled with loads of nice little details too (bunny wabbit)
online seems to work pretty good, a few of my matches were a bit choppy, but then again, everyone else i played was american. most folk seem to be doing winner stays on, but when your actually watching all the bouts(controlling the camera), and can hear everyone talking, its not as bad as it might sound.
obviously the games not to everyones taste, but i like it.
Shame the game has the same flaws as DOA3 then. :/
Fun button masher, a great party game since it creates a level playing field, but that is about it.
Oh and Hitomi not being accessible from the start.
WTF!!!!!! Having to resort to using my mad skills with Gen Fu to pwn the newbs is not fun. He just blows the others away.
i wish it was as much a button masher as everyone says.
i only managed to get 2 wins so far
just like all the games on live, there are some people who are just way too good.
great fun though, theres nothing better than smashing somebody into the side of a hippo.

Yeah one i posted earlier was the demo movie, the other is the story movie, which is very nice indeed, easily the best bit of CG i'd seen for a while, check it out, worthy, very! :
