Yes, just been announced there is a PSO 3 coming our way, and looks to be released in the US very very soon!
It's called PSO III:C.A.R.D Revolution, and is more strategy based.
Seems that you need to collect cards and use them strategicaly in battle. No real-time shenanigans this time....
