OH MY GOD! Fair enough, that crackdown cover lookes tacky, but the art looks like it was done by Monkey Punch, the guy who created Lupin III. I shouldn't like it, but the geek in me finds it oddly appealing.

Yeah, deffo Monkey Punch. That cover will make it sell in Japan (sarcasm).

As a further note, the JPN cover art is the same as the asian one, but they have changed the name to Riot act.
